For anyone who hasn’t tried this, now is the time. It is so much fun and the kids love it! Even Xi gets in on the fun. Lola is getting super fast and is almost ready for more complicated “stitches”. For now, here is an awesome tutorial with the story of the Farmer and his Sheep. Enjoy!
Peace!

I’ve tried this! It’s fun!
Hello,
I thought I’d visit your blog since you paid a visit to mine. Thank you for your kind comments.
The finger knitting video will come in handy for my 7 year old daughter. I love the story told to explain the process, wonderful.
Your land in looks lush and beautiful. The photos of the baby goats are adorable. We tried to have goats twice, but their bleating is too loud for our urban neighborhood.
Actually, every time I opened my back door, they would bleat, “Ma Ma!” at me. It was like Pavlov’s classic model of stimulus response. I had conditioned them incorrectly to associate getting new food or treats every time they saw me. I heard “Mom! Mom!” streaming from the mouths of my 3 kids all day long in our house, and then when I went outdoors to get a break and some peace and quiet, I’d hear it from the goats. It was driving me crazy.
Sometimes I fantasize about living in the country, but I like to live in the city.
