She has been spending the weekend with Grandma and Papa, and today took a 2 mile bike ride across the dam by their place! She’s having a blast. I wanted to share this picture as she just looks so joyful!

21 years ago today, my life changed forever. My little boy was born, and now he is officially an adult…oh the bittersweetness of it all. I am so proud of the man he is becoming. I’m proud of the kid he’ll always be. Most of all, I feel proud to have been chosen by the gods that be to be gifted with him in my life. It is a melancholy moment when your child turns 21. Why couldn’t he stay little forever? 😉 He is, and always has been, my greatest teacher.
