My HusBear and I were looking at this the other day. It's quite inspiring. We've already cut our waste down to a forth or less of the average home in the past few years. This family has inspired us to try to cut waste even further by getting our chicken, eggs, and dairy directly from the many farms around here. We even found a place that sells wholesale bulk oils near our home. It's amazing to see what resources are around you when people open their eyes and truly look for them. Take care.
