Garden Bloggers Bloom Day – October 2009

Not many pictures today as the batteries died on my camera, but I did manage to get a few lovelies who have been very happy with all the rain we’ve received.  Thank you Carol at May Dreams Gardens for hosting this!  Check out everyone’s blossoms when you get a chance…

 Peace!

  1. Great Photos, sorry your camera died before you were done. Bulbine is so hard to photograph to show its full beauty. My yellow died, but the orange has been a real show.

  2. A lovely bunch of blooms. The culphea caught my eye.

  3. Lots of lovely blooms! It's always interesting to see posts from different parts of the country and see unfamiliar (to me) plants. The bulbine and Esperanza (love that name!) are particularly intriguing.

  4. I always love seeing everyone else's blooms from around the country. Most of the plants I see on Bloom Day don't grow very well here in Southern Nevada, but Datura grows wild next the road leading to the highway and they are HUGE!

Thanks so much for sharing your lovelies with us!

  5. Your garden looks lovely…we've got pretty much the same stuff…love that Datura, Hope to see you next week!

  6. Beautiful photos of beautiful flowers!
