Try journaling – try a ‘thought download’ to get all that negativity out of your head and onto paper. THEN, actively shift those thoughts. Your thoughts have power over your emotions which have power over your actions.
Feeling frustrated? Look at your thoughts.
Feeling overwhelmed? What are you thinking to yourself?
Feeling defeated? Write out those thoughts.
When you do you will see that your thoughts are creating the emotions within you and the actions and attitudes you have.
